Test is completed with an oral fluid swab that is self-administered by the patient. The tests are supervised by healthcare professionals
Results will be sent by email in three days. Email Support@curativeinc.com if you do not receive results after three days
Patient may not drink any liquid or eat any food 20 minutes prior to taking the exam
Testing requirements
Individuals 5 years of age or older may be tested and do not need to be exhibiting symptoms
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
You will not be permitted to exit your vehicle
You cannot walk up to this testing site
